We agree product and equipment arrangements as part of the quote. We use appropriate cleaning products for the job and follow product safety guidance. If you need us to use specific products, please tell us before the booking is confirmed.

Absolutely. Many of our regular clients leave a key or arrange access with us. We are fully insured, so you can trust us with your home. We can discuss the best arrangement for you.

Yes, please let us know about any pets before the visit so we can plan safely around them and choose suitable product arrangements where needed.

Please contact us promptly if an area included in the accepted quote appears to have been missed. We'll review it with you and agree a fair next step. This does not cover new dirt or dust after the clean, areas outside the quote, permanent stains, damage, wear, mould or deterioration, unsafe items, inaccessible areas, or changed conditions after the clean.

Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly regular cleaning schedules. We agree the rooms, areas, frequency and time required before the schedule starts, then keep communication clear if your needs change.

Yes. Tell us the cleaning type, selected rooms or areas, property details, condition, extras and any notes. We'll use that information to prepare a tailored, no-obligation quote.

Only the areas and tasks agreed in the accepted quote are included. Ovens, appliance interiors, cupboards, interior windows, carpets and specialist work are not automatically included unless selected and agreed.

For safety, we may be unable to clean unsafe or inaccessible areas, damaged electrical fittings, loose fixtures, unstable items, heavy mould or deterioration, or anything that cannot be reached safely.
